Working Student – Business & Operations

This isn't a typical working student role. You'll own real workstreams and see the direct impact of your work — from customer pilots to market research to sales outreach.

About Delvo

Delvo is the agentic intelligence layer for strategic procurement — helping enterprise teams across energy, automotive, and chemicals negotiate better and prepare 10x faster. We're a small founding team scaling rapidly with enterprise customers.

You'll work directly with the founders on the projects that matter most — whether that's preparing a key customer pilot, running outreach to enterprise prospects, or researching a new market segment.


What you'll work on

  • Customer & Sales Operations — support onboarding and rollouts, prepare demos and materials, keep our CRM and pipeline clean and actionable.
  • Sales Outreach & Campaigns — build and execute targeted outreach sequences, draft messaging, and iterate based on what resonates with procurement leaders.
  • Market Research & Analysis — research target industries, map competitive landscapes, and build data foundations for go-to-market decisions.
  • Process Building — design and implement the operational backbone of a scaling startup: reporting templates, internal tooling, workflows.
  • Ad Hoc Strategic Projects — trade fair preparation, partnership outreach, content for LinkedIn or events — whatever has the highest leverage.

What we're looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from ambiguous information.
  • Excellent communication in German and English (both are daily working languages).
  • Self-starter mentality — you figure out what needs doing, not wait to be told.
  • Bonus: experience in consulting, B2B SaaS, sales, or procurement.
  • Bonus: comfortable with tools like Notion, Linear, HubSpot, or similar.
