Solutions Engineer – Customer & Platform
You'll be embedded with our earliest enterprise customers — deploying the platform, building custom solutions, and feeding everything you learn back into the product.

As Solutions Engineer, you're the bridge between what the product can do and what customers actually need. You'll work directly with category managers and procurement leaders, configure the platform for their workflows, and turn early-stage feedback into product improvements. Think founding engineer energy, pointed at the customer.
What you'll do
- Deploy Delvo with early customers — configure workflows, prepare data, and get teams to value fast.
- Build custom integrations and extensions that solve real problems and inform the product roadmap.
- Lead technical discovery with prospects — understand their stack, define success criteria, scope pilots.
- Work closely with product and engineering to turn customer patterns into platform features.
- Own the technical side of customer relationships — from first demo to successful rollout.
- Build reusable solutions: templates, integration patterns, and reference architectures that scale.
Your qualifications
- Technical fluency — you can read/write TypeScript, Python, SQL and are comfortable with APIs and data models.
- Builder mindset — you'd rather ship a working solution than write a spec about it.
- Strong consultative skills — you can run a discovery call, scope work, and set expectations.
- Enterprise awareness — ERPs, SSO, security, data movement, deployment patterns.
- Bonus: procurement domain, B2B SaaS, or experience in technical delivery roles.
