What you’ll do
- Design and build agent orchestration systems for multi-agent coordination and resilient workflows.
- Build evaluation loops that monitor quality, safety, and performance of AI agents.
- Implement real-time supplier data pipelines and normalisation.
- Integrate with client ERP systems so insights drive workflow impact.
- Collaborate directly with clients and iterate quickly with category managers.
- Own architectural decisions across performance, security, and compliance.
Your qualifications
- Strong full‑stack foundation; you care about interfaces, back‑ends, and the seam between them.
- TypeScript & Python; experience with Next.js and modern APIs.
- Modern product tooling: TanStack Query, Tailwind, Vercel.
- Hands‑on with LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, latency/cost/quality trade‑offs.
- Agent orchestration, evaluation, and monitoring experience.
- Bonus: procurement/ERP domain context.
