Founding Operations Manager
“Get sh*t done” across finance, hiring, processes, CRM, investor prep, and client coordination — so the team can focus on product and sales.

Delvo.ai builds procurement intelligence for enterprises. This role is the backbone that keeps everything moving — pragmatic, lean, and safe.
You’ll operate close to the founders, removing friction across the business and making sure we scale with the right habits.
What you’ll do
- Run finance ops: invoicing, vendors, budgeting rhythms, reporting.
- Own hiring ops: job posts, pipeline, scheduling, candidate experience.
- Keep the engine humming: CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, docs, dashboards.
- Manage contracts & compliance: NDAs, MSAs, DPA, InfoSec, vendor onboarding.
- Investor readiness: materials, data room, and update cadence.
- Coordinate client work: pilots, onboarding, check‑ins, follow‑ups.
What we’re looking for
- Bias to action; you move fast, prioritise well, and keep commitments.
- Operator mindset; organised, reliable, and outcome‑oriented.
- Tools fluent: Notion, Linear, HubSpot/Pipedrive, GSheets, and automation.
- Clear communicator with crisp writing and stakeholder management.
- Bonus: early‑stage startup/consulting; procurement or enterprise SaaS exposure.
