Founding Engineer (AI/Product)
You'll be one of the first engineers at Delvo, building the product end-to-end. AI agents, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, and the interfaces that tie it all together — with real users giving you feedback every week.

We onboard in 60 minutes, not months. As a founding engineer, you won't just write code — you'll shape what Delvo becomes. You'll build with customers, make architectural calls, and see your work drive real business outcomes from day one.
What you'll build
- Own core product areas end-to-end — from AI agent orchestration to the UI that category managers use daily.
- Design reliable LLM workflows with evaluation loops, guardrails, and observability that work in production, not just in demos.
- Build real-time supplier data pipelines, normalisation, and integrations with enterprise ERP systems.
- Ship to production daily — collaborate directly with customers and iterate based on real feedback.
- Make architectural decisions across the full stack — performance, security, developer experience.
- Define engineering culture, tooling, and processes as we grow from founding team to engineering org.
Your qualifications
- Strong full-stack foundation — you care about interfaces, back-ends, and the seam between them.
- TypeScript & Python; experience with Next.js and modern APIs.
- Hands-on with LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, and the latency/cost/quality trade-offs of production AI.
- Builder mindset — you default to shipping, learning from users, and iterating fast.
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you figure out what to build, not just how to build it.
- Bonus: procurement or ERP domain context.
