Design Engineer – Product UX & Prototyping

Your mandate: make powerful feel simple. You'll partner with engineering and domain experts to ship pragmatic, elegant solutions at startup speed — and define the design language for the entire platform.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end UX for complex procurement workflows — crisp states, clear error handling, fast paths.
- Prototype rapidly in Figma, v0, Loveable, and Bolt — then pair with engineers to ship.
- Shape our design system from the ground up: components, tokens, accessibility, interactions.
- Design agent interactions that communicate reasoning, uncertainty, and confidence clearly.
- Run discovery and usability sessions with real category managers and procurement leaders.
- Elevate data visualisation for supplier comparison, benchmarking, risk, and cost analysis.
What we're looking for
- Strong product sense and craft — you sweat the copy, the last 10%, and the edge cases.
- Deep UX/UI experience with complex B2B products and design systems.
- Figma + rapid prototyping (v0, Loveable, Bolt or similar); frontend literacy is a strong plus.
- Design thinking rigor with pragmatic delivery in ambiguity.
- Bonus: enterprise SaaS, data visualisation, procurement or ERP domain.
