Design Engineer – Product UX & Prototyping

Your mandate: make powerful feel simple. You’ll partner with engineering and domain experts to ship pragmatic, elegant solutions at startup speed.
What you’ll do
- Own end‑to‑end UX for complex workflows with crisp states and error handling.
- Prototype fast in Figma and tools like v0, Loveable, Bolt, and pair to ship.
- Shape our design system (components, tokens, accessibility, interactions).
- Design agent interactions that communicate reasoning and uncertainty.
- Run discovery and usability tests with category managers.
- Elevate data visualisation for supplier comparison, benchmarking, and risk.
What we’re looking for
- Strong product sense & craft; you sweat copy and the last 10%.
- Deep UX/UI experience with complex B2B products and design systems.
- Figma + rapid prototyping (v0/Loveable/Bolt or similar); frontend literacy.
- Design thinking rigor; pragmatic delivery in ambiguity.
- Bonus: enterprise SaaS, data viz, procurement/ERP.
